CALL FOR POSTERS & DEMOS

The Poster and Demo session offers a great opportunity to showcase work-in-progress, working systems, software and hardware platforms, and any other technologies related to the scope of interest of WiNTECH’22. Submissions from both industry and academia are encouraged.

The abstracts of accepted posters/demos will appear in the workshop proceeding. Each accepted poster/demo requires at least a one-day registration. For authors co-authoring multiple papers/posters/demos, a one-day registration is valid for up to three papers/posters/demos.

Poster/demo submissions will be evaluated mainly based on their potential to stimulate discussions, promote collaborations, and disseminate results of broad community interest.

The poster/demo abstract should follow the standard ACM conference proceedings format (use the same PDF formatting guidelines as the main conference). Abstract length is limited to two (2) pages (in two-column, 10-point format), all-inclusive (references, figures, etc.). Abstracts must include author names and affiliations for single-blind peer reviewing by the program committee. Demo submissions are encouraged to include a third page describing the requirements of the demo such as:

  • Equipment to be used for the demo;
  • Space needed and setup time required;
  • Additional facilities needed, e.g., power and Internet/wireless access.

  • Posters and Demos shall be submitted through the HotCRP conference management system at https://wintech22-posterdemo.hotcrp.com/.
