To celebrate the 20th edition of WiNTECH, we invite nominations for the WiNTECH 2026 Test-of-Time Award. This award recognizes prior WiNTECH papers that have had a lasting impact on experimental wireless communications and networking. The award reflects WiNTECH's long-standing mission of advancing rigorous experimental wireless research, including testbed design, prototyping, benchmarking, reproducibility, measurement, and empirical characterization of wireless systems.
For the 2026 award, eligible papers are those published at WiNTECH between 2011 and 2016. We welcome nominations for papers that have had sustained influence on later research, wireless systems, experimental methodologies, community practice, or real-world evaluation.

This award continues as a precedent from WiNTECH's 10th edition in 2016, when the workshop also presented a Test-of-Time Award. At that time, the award was selected from papers published in 2006–2010. For 2026, at the 20th edition, we plan to follow a similar model for papers from 2011–2016.
